Welcome, and Hello

I started Pixel Coven after spending time in r/GirlGamers, a community I’ve always appreciated for its supportive atmosphere.

What caught my attention wasn’t just the game discussions. It was how often people came there to ask about PCs—how to build one, how to choose parts, or how to learn the basics. They weren’t asking in tech forums. They were asking in a gaming space, because it felt safer.

Many mentioned feeling ignored, dismissed, or unwelcome in traditional PC-building communities. That stuck with me.

I realized I already had the knowledge, and I had the design skills to build something better.

So I did.

Pixel Coven is my way of giving others a starting point. It’s a place to learn, ask questions, and feel confident exploring how computers work.
